To dispute a transaction for your M1 Savings Account, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Spend tab or click here.
- Select the transaction you want to dispute.
- Select “Report issue with this transaction” at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Contact support” and fill out the form.
- Repeat the process for each transaction you are disputing.
Once you have submitted your completed form, your dispute will be processed. If any additional information is required, we will reach out to you.
