In order to dispute a transaction for your M1 Checking debit card, please follow the steps below:
On mobile:
- Click the "Spend" tab at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the transaction you are looking to dispute
- Tap "Report Issue with this transaction"
- Tap "Contact Support"
- Fill out the in-app Dispute Form (please ensure this is fully completed in order to be processed correctly)
On desktop:
- Click the "Spend" tab at the top of the page
- Click on "Transactions"
- Tap on the transaction you are looking to dispute
- Tap "Report Issue with this transaction"
- Tap "Contact Support"
- Fill out the in-app Dispute Form (please ensure this is fully completed in order to be processed correctly)
Once this is completed correctly, your dispute will be processed. If any additional information is required, we will reach out to you.
