My micro-deposits didn't work

Micro-deposits are small amounts of money that are placed in your bank account to verify a secure connection with M1.  

Two micro-deposits will show on your bank statement within 1-2 business days from the date you requested them.

After receiving the two amounts, click the 'verify' button on the bank connection page to approve the bank relationship.

Failed attempts 

After three failed attempts, the micro-deposits will automatically be re-issued to your account.  

At this point, you will need to wait 1-2 business days for these new micro-deposits to show up in your account. 

To prevent this from happening, after 2 failed attempts please reach out to us! 

 

I never received micro-deposits  

If the micro-deposits didn’t show up, it’s possible the bank routing and account number were entered incorrectly or that the credentials do not support online transfers.
