How can I obtain my final loan documents?

To obtain your final loan documents, please login to your account on M1.com or via the iOS or Android app, go to your account settings, select “Documents” and you should be able to download your Loan Agreement.

What is the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and do I qualify?

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act is a program that provides certain lending protections for servicemembers. To be eligible for SCRA, someone must be currently serving on active duty for at least 30 days and eligibility begins on the first day of service.

To verify your SCRA eligibility, we will need the following information from you:

  • Type of Service (National Guard/Reserve and Standard Active Duty)
  • Active Duty Start Date
  • Service Member Identity Information
  • Orders Received Date (if known)
  • Dependence of Service Member information (if applicable)

Once we have this information, we can go ahead and make the necessary modifications to your Annual Percentage Rate.

What is my M1 Personal Loan interest rate?

Your Personal Loan interest rate will vary depending on many factors. This includes the information on your credit report, your loan amount and term, and the details provided within your application. You can view your rate on your Borrow account dashboard.

M1 is not a bank. M1 Personal Loans are furnished by B2 Bank NA, Member FDIC and Equal Opportunity Lender, and serviced by M1 Spend LLC, a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of M1 Holdings, Inc.
