Will my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 interest rate ever change?

While APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is based on your creditworthiness when you open your account, APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.

For more information about APR, please review the Cardholder Agreement or reach out to the Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 team at (833) 978-3351. They are available Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm CT and Saturday from 9 am-2 pm CT.

Can I add my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 to my mobile wallet?

The Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 can be added to your Apple Pay or Google Pay Wallets. At this time, we do not support Samsung Pay.

Your card will need to be activated before it can be added to your mobile wallet.

To add your Owner’s Rewards Card to your mobile wallet:

  1. Navigate to the "Spend" tab

  2. Select "Manage Card"

  3. Select "Add to Digital Wallet" under card actions.

You can also manually add your Owner’s Rewards Card to your mobile wallet by navigating to your wallet and manually entering in your card information. Your card information won’t be accessible until you receive your physical credit card in the mail.

Where can I find my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 statements?

To locate your Owner's Rewards Card by M1 statements:

  1. Navigate to the “Spend” tab

  2. Select “Manage Card”

  3. Select “Statements”

For any questions or concerns about your statement, please reach out to the Owner's Rewards Card by M1 Team at (833) 978-3351. They are available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm CT and Saturday 9am-2pm CT.

When is my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 statement available?

Statements become available at the end of each billing cycle. When your statement becomes available, an email will be sent to the email address you have on file with M1.

Where can I use the Owner’s Rewards Card by M1?

You can use your Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 anywhere Visa® credit cards are accepted.

Are there any international fees?

There are no international transaction fees, so when you pack your bags to head abroad you won’t be weighed down with unnecessary fees.

Do I need to notify M1 before I travel?

No, you do not need to notify us before you travel.

How do I dispute a transaction?

To dispute a transaction, please reach out to the Owner's Rewards Card by M1 team at (833) 978-3351. They’ll be happy to help you out and work towards resolving any issues.

You can temporarily lock your card under the “Manage Card” tab.

The Owner's Rewards Card by M1 team is available during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 8 am-8 pm CT

Saturday: 9 am-2 pm CT

What do I do if my Owner's Rewards Card by M1 has been lost, stolen, compromised or damaged?

Your security is our priority. Please notify us as soon as possible if your Owner's Rewards Card by M1 has been compromised, lost, or damaged.

  1. Navigate to the “Spend” tab

  2. Select “Manage Card”

  3. Select “Contact Support" if on Web or "Issues with your card?" if on Mobile
    You can also temporarily lock your card from this screen.

  4. Dial the number displayed on screen to contact the Owner’s Rewards Card by M1 team. They are available Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm CT and Saturday from 9 am-2 pm CT.

Replacement cards generally take 7-10 business days to arrive following a request.

How do I close my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1?

To close your Owner’s Rewards Card by M1, please reach out to the Owner's Rewards Card by M1 team, at (833) 978-3351.

They are available Monday-Friday between 8 am-8 pm CT and Saturday between 9 am-2 pm CT.

At this time, you are unable to reapply for our Owners’ Rewards Card by M1 after having an account closed. We plan on enabling this feature in the future and will let you know when you can apply again.

Can I go paperless?

All accounts are paperless by default.

So, all credit communications will be sent to the email you have on file with M1. They will be sent from [email protected].

Can I add an authorized user to my Owner’s Rewards Card by M1?

At this time, you can not currently add additional authorized users to your Owner’s Rewards Card by M1.

Where can I see my credit balance and credit limit?

To see your credit balance and credit limit:

  1. Navigate to the “Spend” tab

  2. You can find your credit balance and credit limit just above the credit card icon.

To find your APR and rewards rates:

  1. Navigate to the “Spend” tab

  2. Select the “Manage Card”

  3. You can view your APR and rewards rates on the left side of the screen if on Web or the center of the screen if on Mobile
