Why is my loan being migrated?
Due to the acquisition of Deserve, all credit card loans for the M1 Owners Rewards Card will be serviced by M1 moving forward.
What is changing with my account?
New 0% interest rate: As of September 1st, 2025, your account’s interest rate has been permanently reduced to 0%, as a thank-you for being part of our first-generation credit card program.
No September payment required: You do not have a payment due at the end of September. We are pushing back your next payment due date to November 1st. Instead of your next payment being due on September 31, it will be November 1st and then the subsequent first day of each month. We will generate your next monthly statement at the beginning of October with these details around your next payment amount.
Autopay: Your current autopay setting (On/Off) will carry over to your new payment schedule if you accepted the ACH Agreement in the M1 app.
Note: If you did not accept the ACH Agreement, your autopay did not transfer and you’ll need to opt in and set it up again.
Payments: If you would like to continue making payments using our direct payment feature via our website or mobile app and have not yet accepted our updated ACH Authorization Agreement, you’ll need to do so by logging into the M1 app prior to your next payment due date. The agreement will appear as the first item when you log in and open the Borrow tab. Complete this step to ensure you can continue making on-time ACH payments on your balance. Late or missed payment will be reported to credit reporting agencies.
Account Access: The spend tab in the app will be going away. Your credit card balance will now appear in the Borrow tab instead. We will notify you as soon as this change takes effect.
When will my account be migrated?
M1 ORC customers will be migrated beginning on September 10th and throughout the month. You will be notified once your account has been migrated.
What happens to my current balance?
Customers will continue to carry their current outstanding balance from the ORC card however this will now be accessed through the “Borrow” tab in their M1 account.

Will my due date change?
We’ve moved payment due dates from the last day of the month to the first day of each month. Your first payment is due November 1, 2025. Payments made on the due date must be initiated by 11:59 p.m. CT to be considered on time. Setting up autopay is the best way to ensure your payments are never late. You can also find your due date on your monthly statement, available in the Documents tab of the M1 app.

No, we do not currently offer this feature.
